www.merchantsbancard.com (the”Site”) is owned and operated by MBNCARD, Inc.

The purpose of this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is to inform users of our Site of the following:

This Privacy Policy applies in addition to the terms and conditions of our Site.

MerchantsBancard.com may conduct business in California and is exempt from the CCPA since the CCPA applies to for-profit businesses that do business in California and meet any of the following:

Have a gross annual revenue of over $25 million;

Buy, receive, or sell the personal information of 50,000 or more California residents, households, or devices; or

Derive 50% or more of their annual revenue from selling California residents’ personal information.

MerchantsBancard.com does not meet any of the requirements above within the CCPA.

MerchantsBancard.com may conduct business in California and is exempt from the new CPRA which begins on January 1, 2023.  The new CPRA will apply to any for-profit entity doing business in California that collects California consumers’ personal data, and:

Had gross revenues exceeding $25 million as of January 1 in the preceding calendar year; or

Buys, sells, or shares the information of 100,000 or more consumers or households; or

Derives 50 percent or more of their annual revenue from selling or sharing consumers’ personal information.

MerchantsBancard.com does not meet any of the requirements above within the CPRA.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
